Within our industry we are a major supplier of articles and components produced by mechanical machines, automatic turning, punching, welding, etc. Our large machine park consists of multi spindle machines, welding robots, modern computer-controlled vending machines and more.
The company has since 1973 held on Tvedestrand. Annual sales are approximately 35 million and
economy is very solid.
Because of increasing orders, we seek a Machine Setter to our CNC department. Machine Pacific's main task will be restructuring, operation and adjustment of machinery during production. Our machine park consists of Doosan Puma, Mazak, Daewoo Puma, Moriseiki and others. Stearing: Heidenheim/Fanuc/Mazak

Requirements
We request candidates who has been working in Norway, Scandinavia, USA or/and Canada.
Training will be provided, but we are primarily looking for employees with trade certificate or experience base.
Personal qualities such as initiative and drive that we consider essential.
The candidates must have at least 5 years of experience and speak English Language at B1 / B2. Click here for more details about the Common European Framework Language.

Other Information
Conditions: Candidates must pay NOK. 128.50 pr. days. It is also free to candidates to arrange their own accommodation.
Working hours: There will NOT be payed overtime salary before after min. 46 hours each week – as this is a rotation job. But it is scheduled overtime at this project.
Length of contract: min. 6 months / 1 month trial – with large possibilities of prolonging to regular job. The candidate has to settle for a long stay in Norway. It is also a MUST that the candidate wants to attend to Norwegian courses – and wants to learn Norwegian language.
ACCOMMODATION: NOK 3.840,-/Month FOOD: Not free TRAVEL EXPENSES: The candidate have to pay MAXIMUM NOK 2.500,- for travel, we will pay the rest of the costs. The Flight expenses will be deducted at the Salary. The travel arrangement is for the first trip to Norway as well as for the last trip home. Travels in between – the candidates has to pay for themselves.
